Who We Are and What We Do
Authentic Singles is a worker-owned collective of Authentic Relating leaders and sexual educators operating in the field of authentic friendship, dating and sexuality. It’s in part an industry association and in part a franchise opportunity. We provide web and marketing infrastructure, proven business models and training in these models. We allocate exclusive “territories” to our members / franchisees. The territories are generally cities.
Each member / franchisee will own and have control over their own website. The websites will be built with the very powerful HighLevel website builder, marketing automation system and CRM. The member websites may advertise services and events not related to the primary Authentic Singles events, which are the Authentic Connection: Deep Dating events and the Authentic Connection Parties. More on this below.
Authentic Singles is in the startup phase, launching soon in Toronto, Austin TX, Houston, and Berlin. We are looking for interested members / franchisees to launch in other cities starting as soon as March 2024. If this is of interest please reach out via the Contact Page.

Primary Services (Event) Descriptions
The two primary services are as follows. You may also (and you are encouraged to) provide additional events including AR game evenings, Circling™ or related offers such as the Practical Relational Leadership Course, your own workshops and retreats, etc.
Authentic Connection: Deep Dating
Our flagship event is the Authentic Connection: Deep Dating Event. This is a 90-minute, either online or in-person, “Authentic Relating speed dating event” in which up to 16 singles (8 men + 8 women) meet for short dates. After the event they will decide who they match with, and if the match is mutual we will share contact information with them and they will have an opportunity to chat with each other on our portal. They can match as friends, dates or both.
People at the event will live in the same city, so meeting their dates in person will be possible.
Deep Dating events happen either online or in person. This is for each member / franchisee to decide, how and where they want to run their events. Deep Dating events may be restricted (or targeted) to sub-cultures, i.e. Poly, LGBTQ, Marriage-oriented, Christian, Non-Vaxxers, “Relationship anarchists”, neuro-diverse people, etc.
Authentic Connection Parties
The Authentic Connection Party is the second event that we want our members to provide. It’s an AR game format (hot-seats works well) promoting open conversation around all topics, including intimacy and sexuality. Authentic Connection Parties are intended for all people and age ranges; as opposed to the Deep Dating events which are targeted to singles and are age-segregated (typically 40 and up, and under 45).
In the startup phase, members are required to bring leads in through social media posts and their own networks. When Authentic Singles officially launches, we will provide the option to run Facebook ads.
Pricing (Membership fees)
The pricing of an Authentic Singles franchise is… what you would expect from a worker-owned corporation, meaning quite advantageous. It starts from as little as $50/mth or 15-20% of net income (or profit), whichever is greater. Training may be extra and web design services (if required) are also extra. You are welcome to create your own website inside your HighLevel installation, or hire someone to do it. You pay us for online advertising as needed, this is on top of your membership fees. Please allocate between 20-40% of your gross revenue to advertising and/or affiliate commissions, unless you already have a good network in your locality. Note that your advertising costs decrease net income which also decreases your membership fees.
You decide your event pricing within the range we suggest. We expect that event pricing will be in the range of $30-50 USD for Deep Dating and $10-20 USD for Authentic Connection Parties. You keep 80-85% of net income (Net Income = Gross income – Advertising – Venue cost, if you choose to do in-person events).

Members will have websites under their own domain, and their marketing will target people inside their territory. Below is a sample franchisee website we have put together. All members will be given a basic template such as this below and will customize it to their needs.
Member websites are created with the HighLevel platform. You can use HighLevel for your event booking or you can create external events in Eventbrite and sell your tickets from there. In either case you will setup your mailing list on HighLevel. You may also create courses for your clients on the platform, either free or paid.
